శివ కామేశ్వరీ యాత్రా సర్వీసెస్ వారి యాత్ర వేరే వారి యాత్రల కంటే సమయము ఎక్కువగా ఉండును నిదానముగా, ప్రశాంతముగా ఉండును. ఎందుకనగా యాత్రలకు పెద్ద వయస్సు వారు ఎక్కువగా వస్తారు. వారిని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని యాత్రను ప్లాన్ చేయటం జరుగుతుంది. ఇంకా సమయానుకూలమును బట్టి చార్ధామ్ యాత్రలో ఎవరూ చూపించనటువంటి ప్రత్యేక క్షేత్రములు చూపించగలము. (యాత్రీకుల సహకారము, సమయపాలనను బట్టి).
మనిషి ఒక్కొక్కరికి రూ. 45,000/-లు బస్సు చార్జీలు, వసతి, ఉ॥ కాఫీ, టిపిన్, మ|| భోజనము, సా|| అల్పాహారం మాత్రమే. యాత్రలో హెలికాఫ్టర్, గుఱ్ఱములు, డోలీలు, ఆటోలు, మొదలగు ఖర్చులు ఎవరికి వారివే).
సౌకర్యవంతమైన యాత్రను ఆస్వాదించుటకు కనీసం 3 నెలలు ముందుగానే వసతి ఏర్పాట్లు వంటివి చేసుకోవలెను కావున త్వరపడగలరు.
తక్కువ సామాన్లు (లగేజి) మీకు అవసరమైన (డాక్టరు సలహా మేరకు అవసరమైన అన్ని మందులు ఇక్కడి నుండే సిధ్ధము చేసుకోవలెను) ఐ.డి.కార్డులు, ఆధార్ కార్డు (ఒరిజినల్), తెచ్చుకోవలెను. ఎవరి వస్తువులకు వారే భాధ్యత తీసుకోవలెను (యాజమాన్యానికి ఎట్టి భాద్యత ఉండదు). (ముఖ్యముగా బంగారు ఆభరణములు, పట్టు చీరలు వంటివి తీసుకుని రాకూడదు. అక్కడ ఎక్కడా పట్టు చీరలు కట్టుకునే అవకాశమే ఉండదు)
మీ సీటు రిజర్వు చేసుకొనుటకు కనీసం 3 నెలలు ముందుగా లేదా యాత్రావారు నిర్దేశించిన తేదీలోగా రూ.20.215/- చెల్లించి తగు రశీదు పొందగలరు. మిగతా డబ్బులు యాత్రకు బయలుదేరు తేదీకి ఖచ్చితంగా 30 రోజుల లోపు చెల్లించవలెను.
రూమ్స్ ముగ్గురు లేక నలుగురికి కలిపి ఒక్క రూమ్ ఏర్పాట్లు చేయగలము. (ప్రత్యేకముగా రూమ్లు కావలసిన వారు అదనముగా చెల్లించవలెను & ముందుగా చెప్పవలెను) ప్రతి రూమ్ లో మంచములు, బెడ్లు ఏర్పాట్లు ఉంటాయి. భోజనములు తెలుగు బ్రాహ్మణ వంటలు. అక్కడి ట్రాఫిక్ & వాతావరణ పరిస్థితుల వల్ల టిఫిన్లు, భోజనాలు ఒక్కోసారి ఆలస్యం కావచ్చు యాత్రీకులు సహకరించవలెను..
యాత్రీకుల శ్రేయస్సు ద్రుష్ట్వా వారిని బస్సు సీట్లలో ముందు వెనుక రోలింగ్ చేయుటకు నిర్వాహకులకు అధికారం ఉండును. కనుక యాత్రీకులు సహృదయముతో దీనికి సహకరించగలరు.
ఎవరి ఆరోగ్య సమస్యలకు వారే భాద్యులు. శ్వాశకోశ సంబంధిత వ్యాధులు ఉన్నవారు రాకపోవడం మంచిది. ఏదైనా యాత్రకు బయలుదేరేముందు మీ ఫ్యామిలీ డాక్టర్ సలహా తీసుకోండి. అలాగే ప్రకృతి పరంగానూ, ప్రభుత్వ పరంగానూ, దైవికంగానూ, ఏవైనా ఇబ్బందులు ఎదురైతే వాటికి నిర్వాహకులకు ఎటువంటి భాద్యత ఉండదు, కానీ మీ సహకరంతో వారు సాధ్యమైనంత వరకు వాటిని అధికమించగలరు. {సంబంధిత అదనపు ఖర్చులు (ఏవైనా ఉంటే) యాత్రీకులే భరించుకోవాలి}
ఈ చార్ ధామ్ యాత్రలో రెండు ధామ్లు దర్శనం (పై ఖర్చులు) ఖర్చుతో కూడుకున్నవి. అవి, యమునోత్రి (6కి.మీ నడకదారి), కేదార్ నాధ్ (16కి॥మీ॥ నడకదారి ఉండును) ఈ రెండు క్షేత్రములకు నడచి వెళ్ళ లేని వారు (గుఱ్ఱములు, డోలీలు లేదా హెలికాప్టర్లు) ఈ సౌకర్యముల ద్వారా వెళ్ళి దర్శనము చేసుకుని రావలసి ఉండును. వీటికి సంబంధించిన వివరములు యాత్రా వారు చెప్పగలరు.
భగవదనుగ్రహముచే జరిపించబడు ఈ యాత్ర పూర్తిగా ఆధ్యాత్మికమైనది. కావున యాత్రికులందరూ వివాదములకు దూరముగా వుండి శాంతముగా సహనముతో ఒకరికొకరు సహకరించుకొంటూ యాత్రను కొనసాగించవలెను. (మరీ ముఖ్యముగా ఆర్గనైజర్తో సంపూర్ణంగా సహకరించవలెను)
తక్కువ మంది యాత్రీకులతో కూడిన యాత్ర కావున త్వరపడగలరు.

తేదీలు అటు ఇటుగా మారవచ్చును గమనించగలరు.
యాత్రికులు వ్యక్తిగత కారణాలతో యాత్రకు రాలేకపోయినా, బుకింగ్ రద్దు చేసుకున్నా లేదా మధ్యలో యాత్రను నిలిపి వేసినా ఎట్టిపరిస్థితుల్లోనూ రీఫండ్ ఇవ్వబడదు. ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు, వాతావరణం, రహదారి సమస్యలు, ప్రభుత్వ ఆదేశాలు లేదా ఆలయ నిర్ణయాల వల్ల, లేదా మరే ఇతర కారణాలవల్ల అయినా తేదీలు మారవచ్చు. అలాంటి సందర్భాల్లో యాత్రికులు నిర్వాహకులకు సహకరించాలి. యాత్రా సర్వీసెస్ వారి కారణంగా యాత్రను పూర్తిగా నిర్వహించలేని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడితే, ముందుగా తేదీ మార్పు ద్వారా యాత్రను నిర్వహించడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. అది కూడా సాధ్యం కాకపోతేనే, GST మరియు ఇప్పటికే తిరిగి పొందలేని ఖర్చులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్న తర్వాత మిగిలిన మొత్తాన్ని రీఫండ్ చేస్తారు. రీఫండ్ సాధ్యమైన పక్షంలో యాత్రికుడు చెల్లించిన అదే చెల్లింపు మార్గం ద్వారా అందించబడుతుంది. ఇందుకు సాధారణంగా 7–10 పని దినాలు పట్టవచ్చు.
The pilgrimage by Shiva Kameswari Yatra Services takes more time compared to others and will be unhurried and peaceful. Because elderly people mostly participate in pilgrimages, the tour is planned keeping them in mind. Furthermore, depending on time feasibility, we can show special sacred shrines in the Chardham Yatra that no one else shows (subject to the cooperation of pilgrims and punctuality).
The cost is Rs. 45,000/- per person, which covers only bus charges, accommodation, morning coffee and tiffin, afternoon lunch, and evening snacks. Expenses during the yatra such as helicopters, horses, dolis, autos, etc., are to be borne individually.
To enjoy a comfortable yatra, arrangements such as accommodation need to be made at least 3 months in advance, so please hurry.
Bring less luggage, your essential medicines (all necessary medicines as per doctor’s advice must be arranged from here itself), ID cards, and Aadhaar card (original). Everyone must take responsibility for their own belongings (the management holds no responsibility whatsoever). (Mainly, gold jewelry and silk sarees must not be brought. There will be no opportunity to wear silk sarees there anyway).
To reserve your seat, pay Rs. 20,500/- at least 3 months in advance or by the date specified by the yatra organizers and obtain the appropriate receipt. The remaining balance must be paid strictly within 30 days prior to the departure date of the yatra.
Rooms can be arranged on a 3 or 4 sharing basis per room. (Those who require separate rooms must pay an additional charge & inform in advance). Cots and beds will be provided in every room. Meals are Telugu Brahmin style cooking. Due to local traffic & weather conditions, tiffins and meals may be delayed at times; pilgrims must cooperate.
In the interest of the welfare of pilgrims, organizers hold the authority to rotate the bus seats front and back. Hence, pilgrims are kindly requested to cooperate with good grace.
Everyone is responsible for their own health issues. It is advisable for those with respiratory ailments not to come. Before embarking on any yatra, consult your family doctor. Similarly, if any difficulties arise due to natural, governmental, or divine reasons, the organizers hold no responsibility, but with your cooperation, they can overcome them as much as possible. {Related additional expenses (if any) must be borne by the pilgrims themselves}.
In this Chardham Yatra, the darshan of two dhams incurs high expenses. They are Yamunotri (6 km trekking path) and Kedarnath (16 km trekking path). Those who cannot walk to these two shrines must travel and return after darshan through these facilities (horses, dolis, or helicopters). The yatra organizers can provide the details regarding these.
This pilgrimage conducted by the grace of God is purely spiritual. Therefore, all pilgrims must stay away from disputes and proceed on the journey peacefully, patiently, and cooperatively with one another. (Most importantly, cooperate fully with the organizer).
As this is a yatra with a limited number of pilgrims, please hurry.
Note: Please note that travel dates may shift slightly if necessary.
If pilgrims are unable to join the yatra due to personal reasons, cancel their booking, or discontinue the yatra midway, under no circumstances will a refund be given. Dates may change due to natural calamities, weather, road problems, government orders, temple decisions, or any other reasons. In such situations, pilgrims must cooperate with the organizers. If a situation arises where the yatra cannot be operated at all due to reasons from Yatra Services, they will first try to conduct the yatra by rescheduling dates. Only if that is also not possible, the remaining amount will be refunded after accounting for GST and expenses that are already non-recoverable. In the event a refund is possible, it will be processed through the same payment mode used by the pilgrim. This usually takes 7–10 working days.
